Most public boat launches with good walk-in access work for us — we don't need a fixed dock, just a safe way to carry a board down to the water. A beach, a dock, or even steps down rocks at the shoreline all work well.
Private locations work too — a lake house, oceanfront property, private dock with owner permission, or marina slip — as long as there's a walkable path down to the water for safe board entry and retrieval.
Destination trips
We travel up to 6 hours one way from Charlotte, NC — including Hilton Head, Myrtle Beach, Atlantic Ocean launches, and any of the big NC/SC lakes above — for a $50/hr travel fee. Need to go further? Just ask, and a Foil Specialist will confirm it with you.
